Business Development Manager - Retail & Manufacturing

As Business Development Manager you will have a chance to build your sales experience with the largest companies on the market. We are looking for a motivated, ambitious, and result-oriented person who join an effective sales team and help us build our brand.


  • Master Degree in Economics, Marketing & Sales, Business Administration, Business Engineering, Law and similar
  • Proven interest in Digital Technology, Loyalty programs, and/or Retail space
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English & Dutch (knowledge of French is an asset)
  • Ability to work independently with a can-do attitude
  • Capacity to think in a creative and innovative way


  • Generating new business opportunities for Comarch in the area of Retail, Oil & gas, Traveling, small and medium enterprises
  • Preparing and running meetings with new and existing clients, including C-level
  • Coordinating proposals’ preparation
  • Acting as a company representative for trade shows, events, and conferences
  • Negotiating contracts in coordination with legal and consulting teams
  • Day-to-day management of new accounts from the Benelux region and being the voice of the customer within internal structures
