Business Development Manager - Telco

Are you an experienced Business Development Manager passionate about software (for telco industry)? We are looking for an entrepreneurial and dynamic person who is able to take initiatives and create new business opportunities

Candidate profile

  • Degree in Economics, Telecom, IT & Innovation, Business Administration, Management, Entrepreneurship, Business Engineering, Law or similar
  • Proven track record in business development within the telecommunications industry
  • Strong network of contacts in the Telco sector
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and French (Dutch language will be an advantage)
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel if required
  • Experience selling complex software solutions is a plus

Your responsibilities

  • Proactively generating new business opportunities for Comarch in the area of Telecom as well as building direct contacts with potential new clients
  • Preparing and running meetings with new and existing clients, including C-level
  • Coordination of proposal preparation
  • Acting as a company representative for trade shows, events, and conferences
  • Negotiating contracts in coordination with legal and consulting teams
  • Day-to-day management of new accounts from the Benelux region and being the voice of the customer within internal structures
