We are looking for an entrepreneurial and dynamic person who is able to take initiatives and create new business opportunities in the Telecom area in Tokyo. Candidate Profile

  • At least 5 years of experience in the communication service provider space, leading large customer accounts with experience delivering ground-breaking BSS and OSS solutions
  • Extensive Japan business network within the telco industry
  • Native Japanese and excellent spoken and written English
  • Customer manager mindset, with a deep understanding of inter and intra-organizational relationships, and a proven track record of building executive relationships
  • Recognized leader, with the ability to operate in a globally matrixed environment and handle sophisticated situations with tact and diplomacy
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate customer requirements and business needs
  • Tech-savvy approach – openness to leveraging AI tools to optimize sales processes and strategic planning
  • Knowledge of telecom billing processes and service design processes is a plus

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive New Business: Reach out to potential clients to arrange meetings, demos, and workshops
  • Value Proposition: Identify and address challenges and needs by effectively demonstrating Comarch offerings and business value to grow new opportunities
  • AI-Powered Workflows: Utilize cutting-edge AI tools and Google Cloud/Workspace ecosystem to accelerate research, automate routine tasks, and focus on high-impact strategic growth
  • Collaboration: Liaise smoothly between sales and consulting teams
  • Proposal Leadership: Lead the creation of business proposals (including responses to RFP and RFI processes)
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with the customer's decision-makers
  • Marketing Initiatives: Organize and carry out marketing activities to promote the expertise and brand of Comarch in the region
