CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Master level in Economics, IT, Banking, Management or related
• + 5 years of experience gained in Bank, Consulting firm or Solution provider
• + 3 years of pre-sales experience is imperative, as the successful candidate will make a business impact as soon as possible
• Proven results in the area of software solutions sales to the Banks
• Expert knowledge of banking products and processes, digital channels, loan origination
• Curious about technology, innovation and fintech ecosystem
• Goal oriented attitude
• Availability to frequent business trips
• Proven experience in influencing others, negotiations, and public speaking
• Charisma and optimism in day-to-day work as well as analytical-thinking confidence, and perseverance
• Excellent spoken and written English + Arabic and/or Hindi

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identifying and managing customer’s needs in banking for Comarch portfolio
• Preparing and conducting presentations and product demos for Executives 
• Quote and proposal preparation with other departments within the Comarch global structure
• Taking an active role in RFI/RFP processes and in contract negotiations led by the sales team
• Market analysis, trends identification dedicated to the banking digital transformation and innovation
• Organize and carry out marketing activities in order to promote the solutions, expertise and brand of Comarch including but not limited to speaking at events, taking part in panels, hosting round tables, writing content online (blogs, articles, social media posts)
