Candidate Profile
- Experience: up to 2 years of professional experience (internships count!), preferably in sales, account management, or the tech/telecom sector. A strong desire to learn about the communication service provider space is a must
- Language Skills: Native Japanese and excellent spoken and written English
- Mindset: Customer-oriented with great communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a multicultural, global environment and handle dynamic situations with tact and curiosity
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset to understand customer requirements and business needs
- Tech-savvy approach: Openness to leveraging AI tools to optimize sales processes and daily tasks
- Nice to have: Basic knowledge of telecom processes (like billing or service design) or the Japanese telco market landscape
Your Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outreach: Support the sales pipeline by reaching out to potential clients to arrange meetings, demos, and workshops
- Value Proposition: Learn to identify client challenges and assist in demonstrating Comarch offerings and business value to potential customers
- AI-Powered Workflows: Utilize cutting-edge AI tools and the Google Cloud/Workspace ecosystem to accelerate market research, automate routine tasks, and optimize your daily workflow
- Team Collaboration: Act as a smooth liaison between sales, marketing, and consulting teams
- Proposal Support: Assist the team in creating business proposals, including preparing responses to RFP and RFI processes
- Relationship Building: Nurture long-term relationships with junior-to-mid level stakeholders at client organizations
- Marketing Initiatives: Support the organization and execution of local marketing activities to promote Comarch’s expertise and brand in the region
