You will be engaged in marketing activities and business development of Comarch products on the Italian market. Ideal candidate will need to take responsibility for her/his actions as well as to have a strong determination and target-oriented approach.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Minimum Bachelor level in  Marketing or relevant field
  • +4 years work experience as Marketing Manager or Marketing Program Manager is a must have
  • Industry expertise (HealthCare, IoT, Loyalty, EDI) or B2B innovation SaaS is a strong plus
  • Excellent language skills – Italian and English
  • Expert on preparing and delivering effective slide presentations
  • Experience with digital tools, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Email/Marketing Automation tools
  • Enthusiastic and customer led approach
  • Leadership and entrepreneur skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
  • Ability to work at levels of the organization with strong verbal and written presentation skills.
  • Experience on digital marketing with a focus on lead generation as well as experience creating and optimizing web, email and digital marketing strategies
  • Charisma and optimism in day-to-day work as well as patience, confidence and determination in the goal realization 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and develop plans to help establish our brand and increase sales, setting short-term and long-term department goals
  • Building a strong brand positioning and go-to-market communication strategies
  • Ensuring our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, newsletter, web pages and promotional material)
  • Coordinating PR/AR activities and marketing efforts to support sales motion and go-to-market strategies
  • Responsible for website, marketing technology, and marketing automation performance and initiatives
  • Managing and coordinating event organization
  • Sales Support and monitoring competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)
  • Assistance in creating and maintaining contacts in CRM
  • Enable sales with appropriate collateral strategy and delivery
  • Building marketing automation campaigns to nurture prospects from first contact to sale
  • Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department
  • Identification of KPIs to measure success and efficiency of campaigns, channels and tactics
  • Setting, monitoring and reporting on team goals
