Account⁠-⁠Based Marketing Manager

Comarch’s loyalty marketing team is growing and we’re looking for a dedicated Account-Based Marketing Specialist to join us! This is an ideal role for a strategic and curious thinker who can be impactful across a large organization.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• A degree in marketing or a related business field
• 3+ years of ABM marketing experience/pipeline accleration (preferably in SaaS environment)
• Competency with using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to produce reports and presentations

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Build „bottom of the funnel" campaigns and workflows to nurture and optimize tactics to convert traffic into qualified leads
• You'll have visibility into all of marketing's conversion funnels, with the responsibility of optimizing everything from landing page Call-to-Action initiatives to onboarding emails
• Work seamlessly with content marketing, events, and product marketing to execute an integrated approach
• Measure and track results from the top to the bottom of the funnel, analyzing efficiency of programs
• Manage the lead qualification, prioritization, and nurture process of leads across their lifecycle
• Develop growth strategies with the sales team and propose & execute new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads as well as testing new approaches to capture existing demand by analyzing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
• Perform in-depth research to identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness
• Working up detailed buyer personas/customer journey mapping - Gather and share industry and account-based intelligence such as mapping the organizational decision-makers,
• Conducting competitive research based on goals of local BU’s
• Close collaboration with local sales team/CRM management
• Drive Pipeline Sourced, Influenced, Maturation, and Deal Closure through Account-Based Marketing efforts
