Pre⁠-⁠sales Loyalty Consultant

Candidate profile

• Degree in business, management, marketing, technical studies or equivalent
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Experience in CX or loyalty programs is required
• Ability to work effectively as a team player
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to think clearly and logically
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with focus on meeting deadlines
• Availability and willingness to travel for business trips
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Your responsibilities

• Obtaining new clients and managing relationships with existing clients
• Active participation in pre-sales processes/RFPs
• Participating in team projects and roll out of new features
• Driving the adoption of the Comarch solutions across customers from multiple industries
• Support of R&D
• Understanding and creating client needs
• Presenting Comarch’s loyalty expertise and systems
• Global market research
• Focusing on the Middle Eastern, African and Asian markets
