Administrative manager (Fixed⁠-⁠term contract)

• Higher education minimum Bac + 3, ideally in the field of management, you have proven experience in a comparable position
• Organized, autonomous and rigorous
• Have a sense of customer service and are problem solving oriented
• Know how to get information
• Knowledge in accounting and law
• Fluent English

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gather all the information necessary for invoicing with the various players and prepare it
• Prepare the monthly payment report, manage the receipt of customer payments (check, transfer, etc.) and perform customer reminders
• Manage relations with the accounting firm
• Make customs service declarations
• Follow the dashboards for the accounting firm, and our parent company
• You are the contact for the management control service in Poland to respond to their various requests
• Integrate purchase invoices into our internal information systemPrepare the monthly cashflow
• Manage expense reports
