Join our Global Markets team as a Solution Consultant. Your main mission will be to drive business development through excellence in technical and business pre-sales. In this role, you will become the bridge between our commercial teams and advanced product capabilities, with a particular focus on loyalty and Customer Engagement solutions. We are looking for a strategic partner for the sales department who deeply understands the loyalty systems market and can confidently design ecosystems that win enterprise client contracts.
Candidate profile
- Proven Success in Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting: Minimum 3 years of experience in a product company (SaaS), software house, or technology consultancy in a dedicated pre-sales, solution architect, or technical sales role
- Deep Domain Knowledge in Loyalty & MarTech: A solid understanding of loyalty program mechanics, CRM systems, marketing automation, or customer data platforms (CDP)
- Enterprise-Level Presentation Skills: Ability to freely conduct meetings, simplify complex technical architectures, and pitch business value to both technical (IT) and business (Marketing/Board) departments
- Analytical Thinking and Problem-Solving Mindset: Experience in mapping business processes and designing solutions for complex, multi-market ecosystems (retail, e-commerce, or travel)
- Global Mindset and Language Skills: Fluent English (minimum C1) in speech and writing – the work is conducted exclusively in international markets. Any additional language will be an asset
Your responsibilities
- Pre-Sales Process Management: Acting as a key technical and functional expert during the discovery, qualification, and proposal preparation stages for global enterprise clients.
Solution Architecting: Translating complex client business requirements into scalable loyalty programs, reward structures, and customer engagement processes using our product suite - Product Demonstrations (Demos): Preparing and conducting personalized, value-driven product presentations and Proof of Concepts (PoC) that address the specific challenges of global brands
- RFI/RFP Responsibility: Creating and substantively managing functional and technical responses in RFI/RFP documents, ensuring our competitive advantage in the loyalty area is clearly articulated
- Consultative Selling: Partnering with Account Executives to build trust with C-level stakeholders, demonstrating how our platform increases Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)
- Market Feedback: Gathering insights and conclusions from sales processes to influence our product roadmap and ensure our loyalty solutions remain globally competitive
