CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• Bachelor degree in computer science or related field
• Min. 2 years of experience working as System Engineer
• Knowledge of Oracle Database 12c Enterprise Edition and Apache Tomcat
• Experience with: JIRA,Linux, SQL
• Command of: Java EE 7, Java EE 8 and Nagios
• Oracle WebLogic Server know- how

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing first level technical support for clients (large enterprise companies)
• Handling service requests, incidents, enhancements, tasks or questions reported by clients
• Performing problem determination, solving and escalating to 2nd Line support if required
• Reacting to alters and warnings raised by monitoring system – diagnosis, resolution and escalation
• Working closely with Data Center team to maintain services in accordance to Service Level Agreement
• Analyzing root cause of incidents and recommending improvements
