Business Intelligence Analyst- Loyalty

Candidate Profile:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required (preferably in Computer Science, Business/Data Analytics, or a related field)
  • 4 years of experience in a similar position
  • Understanding of data modeling with Snowflake data warehouse and relational data warehouses
  • Experience in building dashboards in Tableau, relational databases, and SQL
  • Practice in Azure Data Factory
  • Knowledge of BPMN or UML notation and the software development process, including the creation of analytical documentation in IT
  • Willingness to travel 10-25% of working time

  • Analyze and document customers' needs
  • Create data models and other structures to deliver requirements
  • Optimize solutions and assure data quality
  • Produce reports and dashboards
  • Participate in and prepare presentations at customer meetings
  • Assist in Project Management-related activities
