Comarch is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Events Marketing Manager to join our team in the
USA and Canada. As the Events Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various events to promote Comarch's products, services, and brand. You will play a pivotal role in driving our
event marketing strategies and delivering impactful experiences for our target audiences.
Candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Special Events Management, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in event marketing, preferably in the technology industry
- Proven track record in planning and executing successful sales events
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and partners
- Flexibility to travel to events as required
- Strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
Your responsibilities
- Plan and execute regional and international marketing events (conferences, trade shows, webinars, and customer engagement programs)
- Develop and implement an effective event marketing strategy and event marketing campaigns to generate interest and drive attendance
- Measure and evaluate the success of events through metrics such as attendee engagement, contacts generated, lead generation, and ROI,
- Provide post-event analysis and reports, including feedback and recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling event collateral such as presentations, brochures, banners, and promotional materials
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, booth setup, registration, travel arrangements, and audio-visual requirements
- Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for event marketing
- Coordinate with external vendors, partners and Sales teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of services
