Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities management
- Strong operational knowledge of building systems and equipment
- Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Experience in conducting preventive and emergency maintenance tasks
- Proven skills in inventory management and procurement
- Strong documentation skills for creating and maintaining SOPs
- Flexibility to be on standby outside of regular business hours
- Technical certifications are a plus
Your Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on the facility, grounds, equipment, and systems
- Utilize the BMS system to diagnose issues and address alarms
- Plan and execute equipment upgrades, replacements, and installations, acting as the primary point of contact and supervising issue resolution conducted by the maintenance company.
- Coordinate maintenance contracts with vendors, assess future needs, and prepare contract offers in advance
- Document standard operating procedures for preventive and emergency maintenance
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure acquired services and products are optimal for business performance
- Report and collect IT requirements between Comarch and interested parties
